Return Policy
According to the legislation in force regarding e-commerce, you have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can request its return by completing the return form available on the site.
Conditions for accepting returns
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- be in the same condition in which they were delivered;
- not show signs of wear, washing or damage;
- have the original labels attached;
- to be returned in the original packaging, as far as possible;
- to be accompanied by proof of purchase
Return cost
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
The return can be sent through any express courier company.
We do not accept parcels sent through the Romanian Post.
Refund of the value of the products
After receiving and checking the returned products, their value will be refunded to the bank account indicated in the return form.
The refund is made within the period provided by applicable legislation.
Shipping costs paid upon delivery are not refunded, except in situations where the return is caused by an error attributable to Klauss Days.
Defective products or incomplete orders
If you notice:
- damaged products;
- different products from those ordered;
- missing items in the package;
- errors in the fiscal documents:
please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 3 working days of receiving the package.
We will analyze the situation and find the fastest solution to fix the problem.
